2 New Stakes, one in California, one in Brazil

2011 brings the first new stake in CA since 2007, California now has 158 stakes, second only to Utah in the US and that is 37 more stakes than exist in Idaho. There are now 1,473 Domestic stakes, and 1,427 Foreign for 2,900 total stakes worldwide.
