Another new Stake created in Brazil

A new stake has been created in Sumaré Brazil. This is the first foreign stake of 2011, the 241st stake in Brazil, and the 9th new stake in Brazil in the past 12 months.  There are now 2,901 LDS stakes worldwide - 1,473 are in the US (50.8%)
